Nutritional Therapy takes a comprehensive look at your biology and your life history, including your
emotional and mental health. Turns out, that stuff matters — a lot!

Then we develop a plan that addresses just the most important pieces first.

Each plan is a doorway back into who you are now,
from a nutritional perspective.

We start with small dietary changes and helpful supplements, so you can start feeling better without
the impossible pressure of needing to overhaul your entire life. Then we add in easy lifestyle changes that
soothe your nervous system and can improve the effectiveness of the dietary changes.

initial consult

This is a multi-step process, set up to make sure that I get every detail I need to make the most effective recommendations.

step o1 // forms + questionnaires

You’ll fill out some online forms and a Nutri-Q Assessment.
Your answers give me a two-dimensional view of the facts (i.e. your biology, where your body is right now).  

step 02 // first call or appointment (60-90 min)

This is your opportunity to share all the nuances of your experience, with no filter. The details from this conversation provide me with a three-dimensional view of who you are and how your story intersects with your current wellness (biology). Understanding how you got here tells us where to start and ensures we are identifying your individual needs.

step 03 // research

Now that you’ve provided me with all the pieces of the puzzle, I take some time to connect the dots and create a comprehensive, customized plan that will help you feel better.

Step 04 // plan review (second call or appt; 60-90 min)

During this session I share your plan which outlines your first steps to regain vitality, overcome inertia/fatigue, and discover who you are outside of what’s keeping you down.

The plan will include supplement and dietary recommendations, as well as other recommended resources if appropriate.

Step 05 // follow up call (15 minutes)

Two weeks after receiving your plan, we’ll jump on the phone again to check in, so you feel supported as you make the recommended changes.

I also offer clients unlimited email access to me between the initial consult and follow-up.  




*Clients who enroll in ongoing support after the initial consult will have their payment credited towards a monthly package.

After the initial consult, it takes about 30 days to see what falls away and if initial theories are proving true. Monthly support allows you to pull away additional layers, implement more healing strategies, and really dial in the plan.

Real change takes time — it took years to get you in this mess, it’ll take some time to get out.

Monthly packages provide the time needed to really address the core issues and deficiencies, so you can experience long-term results.

Each monthly package includes a reassessment every 3 months, so that we can track progress and provide a metric for how the biology is actually improving.

For clients who choose not to enroll in monthly support but find themselves with questions or needing to touch base, I do offer one-off consultations. This service is only for people who have already gone through an initial consult.
