I work with women who are tired, traumatized, and having a hard time getting back to themselves.

You still feel like you did when your kids were babies — how many years does it take to feel normal again?

You’re exhausted all the time, have chronic digestive issues, your hormones are all over the place, and the “mom brain” is no joke. Most days you’re on autopilot, just trying to make it through to bedtime.

The kids are in school and you finally have some time to yourself. So you started exercising, but couldn’t stick with it long enough to see real results.

You changed your diet — went vegan, then grain-free. You tried cutting out refined sugars and giving up wine or coffee. You tried a Whole30 and low-FODMAPS and intermittent fasting…

But no matter what you tried, you couldn’t keep it up for more than a week or two.

It didn’t make you feel that different and it was too damn hard.

It seems like wellness comes easily to other women. You can’t figure out why it feels so complicated for you…

My bet is because you’ve suffered trauma. And that trauma has altered your biology in a way that makes you prone to autoimmune conditions, chronic digestive disorders, allergies, depression, and anxiety.

Nutritional Therapy is a full-being approach to healing, which makes it more effective than traditional nutrition protocols, especially for women like you.

As your Certified Nutritional Therapist, I look at your full history — physical, emotional, and spiritual — and use it to inform simple, individualized plans that help you heal from the inside out.

You’ll have more energy, less pain and discomfort, brighter skin, and better poops, too.

When you are in a state of fear
your body can’t heal.

Considering emotional challenges while making wellness changes can make all the difference — it did for me.

The childhood trauma that was triggered by the difficult birth of my son in 2007, followed closely by my daughter in 2009, and then the enormous challenge of her cancer diagnosis at age two, kept me in a place of extreme overwhelm for years.

After running on empty for so long I was desperate for answers: How can I feel better so I can manage my life?

So I explored all the options, from AIP diets and supplements to chiropractic and kundalini yoga. Over a period of years I tried a lot of different things — and liked their approach — but there was a missing piece for a woman like me. I remained exhausted, depressed, and unable to eat most things without having a negative reaction.

What I’ve learned is that trauma demands we add another layer to the nutritional model.

I came to understand that my nervous system was highly sensitive from all of the trauma and so needed to be addressed along with the nutrition.

Understanding what overstimulates our nervous system on a daily basis and applying easy wellness & lifestyle modifications are what allow our bodies to settle and some gentle healing to happen.

You need solutions that are tailor-made for you and realistic to implement. And you probably have a lot to hash out.

Six Seeds Wellness is a place to bring your hardship, your frustration, your doubt, your truth.

A place to cultivate gentleness, acceptance, and self-compassion while you learn how best to feed your body.

This is a slow and careful process, But we’ll go through it together.

Hi, I’m Jenine Repice.

I graduated from the Nutritional Therapy Association’s nutrition school in 2014. I live in Rhinebeck, New York with my husband, two kids, and two cats. I’m a Gemini Sun (Sagittarius Rising & Scorpio Moon), drink a lot of tea, and would rather not come to your party, sorry.

Every interaction with Jenine has completely exceeded my expectations. She has provided me with a clear yet flexible plan for how I should be eating and how to support my body with supplements, including specific recommendations and recipes. I feel like my health is back on track!
